Part of our responsibility as a not-for-profit incorporation is holding an annual meeting for our members to keep them informed of the Chambers news, changes, and finances.
The guidelines for how we manage these events are written in our Constitution.

It is the right of our members to raise concerns or requests in the general business section of the AGM.
If there is something you feel passionately about we would love to hear from you.
We do have to be mindful of the meeting length as such general business items must be provided before the meeting commences.
